Can I add or remove a product from a newly generated order?Updated 5 days ago

An order cannot be edited. That is, we cannot add or remove a product from it. However, we can cancel it, as long as our warehouse has not yet processed it, and generate a new one with the desired products. We recommend that if you need to make any adjustments, you call us immediately at 1-855-REMEDIO Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to midnight, and on weekends from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Eastern Time, so we can help you. 

It is extremely important that you carefully review the information you entered before processing your order to avoid these types of situations.
